OUR VENDING SERVICES

Placing a Deli Stop Vending machine at your location does not cost you anything. We have machines that carry beverages, snacks, coffee, fresh machines or light meals in a multitude of combinations.

It will likely save you and your employees time and money in the long run to have a vending machine on site as you no longer need to leave your location to go offsite to grab a snack, beverage or whatever.

Anyone can place a vending machine/s but your most important decision is to select the correct operator. You want an operator that places and then services the machine/s reliably over the long term.

Our Deli Stop Vending staff provide excellent support, so you and the machine will get the best of service.

As there are 100’s of different machines, it’s important to match the correct vending machine for each location. Our experienced staff can help suggest the best machine for your location. We have machines that carry varying quantities of beverages, snacks, coffee, fresh machines or light meals. If the capacity of the machine does not match your needs, you can be left with expired products if the machine is too big, and if the vending machine is too small for your location you won’t find enough selection.

Advantages to having a vending machine on site:

1. You don’t waste time going out to get that light meal, snack, treat, or beverage you want or your employee is craving.

2. In cases when it’s necessary to drive to satisfy that craving you can save on fuel and maintenance costs for the vehicle if you have a machine on site.

3. It’s also a benefit for the environment…

4. Days when you forget your lunch or your breakfast it is a godsend to have something on site.

On the company side there is also a benefit to having a vending machine as there are times when it might be a nice gesture to offer a client a treat or a drink, especially during a small break in discussions.

Questions for the customer:

1. How many employees would potentially be using the vending machine?

2. How much space to you have for a machine (Are there stairs?)

3. What types of products would you like to offer your staff?

4. Do you want a mix including healthy products?

5. Would you like all brands of products? (Or are there some brands you don’t want?)

6. Is your staffing level the same year round?

7. Whatever vending company you select, ensure that they have a track record of servicing and maintaining their machines and make sure they will do this for the long term. (Note that there are companies/persons that will tell you or promise you anything just to get your location because their goal is to quickly turn around and sell your location, so they never had any intention of living up to the promises given.)

8. Would you like a commission on gross sales? Watch any commission paid on gross or net profit because it is generally a higher commission rate but it is unfortunate but there seems to be very low gross/net profit when it comes to paying commissions.

9. When are your machines required?

10. What are your hours of operation? When would we be able to come in and service the machines each week? (Note: this is the biggest cost to us, the operator. Servicing the machines requires a service technician plus a vehicle plus time on a weekly basis. )
